Submission Guidelines

Pavia Gallery is a project-based exhibition space that curates 3-4 individual projects per year.  These projects feature an established or senior visual artist along with an academic/expert on a particular subjects. At this point we have approximately 2,000 to 2,500 active people per day within our gallery spaces. For each project we also moderate a panel discussion with the artist and other expert which will be video taped and become a part of the exhibition documentation. We welcome submissions from professionally established and senior artists. Please note we have a high volume of artists that approach us on an annual basis. Although you may not hear from us, we pledge to review your submission.

Interested artists should contact us by email with the following information.

• Project Proposal which contains:

  • Your idea, how you plan to use the PAVIA space, and who you would possibly like to work with and have your worked shown along side.

  • Current CV

  • Artist Statement

  • Biography

  • Up to 10 digital images of recent work, with accompanying image list detailing: artist’s name, titles, dates, medium and dimensions of each work, price (meaning the end price that the client would pay before any commission is allocated);

  • Any additional relevant material such as publications and critical reviews
